Creamy brie cheese and Sweet Cherry Preserves come together with pepper turkey and soft tortillas to create an explosion of flavor.
Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- 8 oz. Brie Cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 lb. peppered turkey sandwich meat, sliced thin
- 1 jar <a href=/bakery-and-pantry/bakery-granola-gluten-free/sweet-cherry-preserves>[[Chukar® Sweet Cherry Preserves]]</a>
Method
- Heat skillet over medium heat and cook tortillas until small air bubbles begin to form. Remove tortillas from heat and place in a clean dish towel to keep warm.
- Spread a thin, even layer of <a href=/bakery-and-pantry/bakery-granola-gluten-free/sweet-cherry-preserves>[[Chukar® Sweet Cherry Preserves]]</a> on four of the tortillas. Slice Brie and place three long, even slices on top of the preserves. Layer turkey over the top and cover with another tortilla.
- Grill quesadillas in a skillet or on the grill until cheese is melted and tortillas are crisp (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat, cut, and enjoy!
