Ingredients

- 1/4 to 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 Bartlett pear, thinly sliced
- 1 oz. Prosciutto
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 handful chopped walnuts
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 handful fresh arugula
- Your favorite homemade or store bought pizza dough

- 1 jar <a href=/bakery-and-pantry/bakery-granola-gluten-free/sweet-cherry-preserves>[[Chukar® Sweet Cherry Preserves]]</a>
- 2 4oz. brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 jar <a href=/bakery-and-pantry/bakery-granola-gluten-free/sour-cherry-preserves>[[Chukar® Sour Cherry Preserves]]</a>
- 2-4 Tbsp chopped cashews
- 1/2 large red onion, sliced & caramelized
- 1 handfu fresh arugula
- Your favorite homemade or store bought pizza dough
- [[[Smoked Salmon & Gouda Pizza]]]
- 1 jar <a href=/bakery-and-pantry/savories/cherry-pepper-jelly>[[Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly]]</a>
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup smoked salmon, in chunks
- 1/2 large red onion, sliced and caramelized
- 1 small red pepper, sliced and lightly sauteed
- 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
- 2-4 oz. smoked gouda cheese
- 1 handful fresh arugula
- Your favorite homemade or store bought pizza dough
Method
- To assemble each pizza, spread Chukar® sauce on dough. Top with all ingredients except arugula.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh arugula, and serve.
