- Approximately 6-8 lbs of fresh cherries are used to create 1 dried pound

In fact, Chukar’s headquarters is located on Wine Country Road in Prosser—surrounded by both vineyards and cherry orchards.
Beelieve Columbia Valley Chardonnay: A classic Washington white wine with bright citrus and floral aromas accented by notes of apple pie spice and toast. Only 373 cases produced.
Columbia Valley Red Wine Blend (Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot, Malbec): Limited edition red with supple and juicy volume, finishing with notes of white pepper and stone fruit. Only 283 cases produced.

A few notes on a notable artist…
Both wine labels are illustrated by Jim Hays. Over 35 years ago, Jim and Pam started working together to create a library of Northwest fruit and nut illustrations to build the Chukar brand. It grew into a continuing friendship and partnership. Chukar’s introduction of Washington wine with Chukar chocolate is a perfect way to thank Jim Hays and recognize his timeless artistry and heartfelt contribution to Chukar Cherries.
