Baked Fruit Jubilee

Ingredients
- 4 Granny Smith, firm Gala, or Fuji Apples—unpeeled, cored, sliced lengthwise
- 4 Bosc pears—unpeeled, halved, cored, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs minced fresh rosemary
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Chukar® Cherries Jubilee Dessert Sauce, warmed in sauce pan
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Brush large baking sheet with olive oil.
- In large bowl, gently toss the apple & pear slices with 1/4 cup olive oil and minced fresh rosemary.
- Arrange fruit in single layer on baking sheets. Broil fruit until tender, turning sheet pan for even browning and removing pan from oven when edges of fruit begin to brown (about 5 minutes). Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
- Transfer fruit to platter. Let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.

To Serve:
- Top fruit with warmed Chukar® Cherries Jubilee Dessert Sauce and serve.
- Note: may be prepared a few hours ahead.
