Tart Cherry Gelato

  1. Line an 11"x5" tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, combine Chukar® Sour Cherry Fruit Sauce, heavy cream, and lemon juice. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour contents of blender into the prepared tray and smooth top with a spatula.
  3. Place the tray in the freezer and serve once firm enough to scoop. It should keep for several days before ice crystals begin to form.
