Bloody Mary with Spicy Pickled Asparagus

Ingredients
- 3 ounces tomato juice
- 1 ounce vodka
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Coarse sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- Lemon
- Chukar® Owl Orchard Pickled Asparagus
- Green olives, for garnish
- Garlic cloves, for garnish
- Ice
Directions
- Slice lemon and run around lip of glass.
- Dip glass in coarse salt and fill with ice.
- In a shaker combine, the tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
- Shake and pour over ice.
- Garnish with a spear of Chukar® Owl Orchard Pickled Asparagus, lemon slices, and/or skewered garlic and green olives.
