Bloody Mary with Spicy Pickled Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces tomato juice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Lemon
  • Chukar® Owl Orchard Pickled Asparagus
  • Green olives, for garnish
  • Garlic cloves, for garnish
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Slice lemon and run around lip of glass.
  2. Dip glass in coarse salt and fill with ice.
  3. In a shaker combine, the tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
  4. Shake and pour over ice.
  5. Garnish with a spear of Chukar® Owl Orchard Pickled Asparagus, lemon slices, and/or skewered garlic and green olives.
