Jubilee Dessert Parfaits

  1. Whip heavy cream while adding 4 Tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  2. Stir in Greek yogurt and buttermilk.
  3. Taste. If too tart, add an additional tablespoon of sugar.
  4. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
  5. To Serve:
  6. Crumble the Italian cookies into large crumbs. Stir the cold cream mixture a few times and gently fold in the cookie crumbles.
  7. Add ¼ cup of the cream mixture to each parfait glass.
  8. Top with a generous teaspoon of Chukar® Cherries Jubilee Dessert Sauce.
  9. Serve cold.
