Jubilee Dessert Parfaits

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4-5 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups 2% or full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 10 Italian cookies
- Chukar® Cherries Jubilee Dessert Sauce
Directions
- Whip heavy cream while adding 4 Tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and buttermilk.
- Taste. If too tart, add an additional tablespoon of sugar.
- Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

To Serve:
- Crumble the Italian cookies into large crumbs. Stir the cold cream mixture a few times and gently fold in the cookie crumbles.
- Add ¼ cup of the cream mixture to each parfait glass.
- Top with a generous teaspoon of Chukar® Cherries Jubilee Dessert Sauce.
- Serve cold.
