Cherry Chipotle Boneless Chicken Wings

  1. Slice the chicken breast to desired size. For bite-sized pieces, cut into 2-inch squares, for chicken tenders, slice into 4-inch strips.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Pat chicken dry and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
  3. If frying: Heat about 1-inch of oil in skillet until it reaches 350°F. Place chicken in hot oil and cook until golden brown. then flip and cook until chicken is opaque throughout (about 4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
  4. If baking: Heat oven to 400°F. Bake chicken in well-oiled pan for about 30 minutes until golden and fully cooked. You may need to flip chicken once midway through cooking.
  5. Brush each piece of chicken thoroughly with Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce and serve.
