Cherry Chipotle Boneless Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, slices
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce
Directions
- Slice the chicken breast to desired size. For bite-sized pieces, cut into 2-inch squares, for chicken tenders, slice into 4-inch strips.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Pat chicken dry and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
- If frying: Heat about 1-inch of oil in skillet until it reaches 350°F. Place chicken in hot oil and cook until golden brown. then flip and cook until chicken is opaque throughout (about 4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
- If baking: Heat oven to 400°F. Bake chicken in well-oiled pan for about 30 minutes until golden and fully cooked. You may need to flip chicken once midway through cooking.
- Brush each piece of chicken thoroughly with Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce and serve.
