Cherry Chipotle Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins, trimmed of silverskin
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 4 teaspoons turbinado sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1 cup Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat a charcoal grill to 350°-400° F.
  2. Mix the spices, salt, and sugar together in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Pat the tenderloins dry with paper towel and rub the tenderloins with spice mixture.
  4. Grill the tenderloins, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temp of 145° (about 22-25 minutes).
  5. Brush with the Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce and cook another minute per side, just enough to cook the sauce onto the pork.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, slice thin, and serve with the remaining sauce.
  7. If cooking in an oven rather than on the grill, heat oven to 400° F and cook 20-25 minutes until internal temperature of meat reaches 145° F. Do not turn the pork loin while cooking.
