Cherry Chipotle Chicken & Peach Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1-1.5 lbs boneless-skinless chicken breast
- 2 firm peaches
- 1 yellow or orange bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- 1 jar Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Grilling Sauce
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Cube chicken in to large 2” chunks. Slice bell peppers into 1-2” squares. Slice onion into large pieces. Cut peaches in half and gently remove pits (removing the pit may be difficult; try using a spoon and scooping it out).
- Coat chopped ingredients in olive oil, salt and pepper. Skewer fruit, veggies and chicken.
- Grill on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side. Chicken should reach 165°. Once thoroughly cooked, brush kabobs with Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Grilling Sauce and grill for 2-3 minutes longer on each side.
- Remove from grill and serve with extra sauce on the side!
