Chocolate Cherry Soufflé

Ingredients
- Butter and powdered sugar (for ramekins)
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
- ⅓ cup Chukar® Chocolate Cherry Dessert Sauce
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons flour
- Pinch of salt
- 4 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions
- Butter and sugar ramekins. Place in freezer.
- Beat egg yolks, vanilla, flour, and salt until frothy.
- Stir in warmed Chukar® Chocolate Cherry Dessert Sauce.
- Beat together egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg white mixture and egg yolk mixture together.
- Spoon into prepared ramekins.
- Bake 18-20 minutes at 400° F.
