Ingredients

Tropical Cherry Lime Nice Cream
- 1 heaping cup frozen banana slices
- 1/3 cup Chukar® Tart Cherries
- ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
- ½ cup frozen mango
- Zest of one lime
- Coconut flakes, optional

Cherry Chocolate Nice Cream
- 1 heaping cup frozen banana slices
- ½ cup Chukar® Rainier Cherries
- ¼ cup Chukar® Tart Cherries
- ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
- 2-3 Tbs cocoa powder
- Handful of dark chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp salt, optional
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste, optional

Recipe Prep
- Slice 3-4 browning bananas into 1 in slices and freeze on wax paper over night.
- Soak dried cherries in boiling water for 1 hour or in room temperature water over night prior to making nice cream.

Tropical Cherry Lime Nice Cream
- Drain Chukar® Tart Cherries from soaking water. In a high speed blender, blitz soaked cherries until broken into small pieces and mostly smooth.
- Add bananas, coconut milk, frozen mango and lime zest to cherries in blender and puree until smooth. Nice cream should resemble the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
- Remove nice cream from blender and stir in coconut flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately. For firmer nice-cream, transfer from blender to a loaf pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Scoop with an ice cream scoop to serve.

Cherry Chocolate Nice Cream
- Drain Chukar® Rainier Cherries from soaking water. In a high speed blender, blitz soaked cherries until broken into small pieces and mostly smooth.
- Add bananas and coconut milk to blender and quickly pulse until bananas are broken into small pieces.
- Add cocoa, salt and vanilla and puree until smooth. Nice cream should resemble the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
- Drain Chukar® Tart Cherries from soaking water. Remove nice cream from blender and stir in soaked cherries and chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately. For firmer nice-cream, transfer from blender to a loaf pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Scoop with an ice cream scoop to serve.

Notes
- Can be made using blender or food processor.
- If nice-cream is left over, it can be stored in an air tight container for up to 2 days. Before it can be enjoyed again, it will need to soften at room temp and may need to be re-whipped in a blender or food processor. Best served fresh.
