Sweet 'n Spicy Cherry Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce (your favorite)
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt/pepper. Toss in chicken until all wings are coated evenly. Spread wings onto baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove wings from oven and set aside. In a large bowl, combine Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly, hot sauce, butter, and cilantro. Toss chicken with sauce until evenly coated. Plate and serve immediately. Serve with a side of potato salad, green salad, and your favorite ale for a light lunch!
