Sweet 'n Spicy Cherry Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly
  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce (your favorite)
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt/pepper. Toss in chicken until all wings are coated evenly. Spread wings onto baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Remove wings from oven and set aside. In a large bowl, combine Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly, hot sauce, butter, and cilantro. Toss chicken with sauce until evenly coated. Plate and serve immediately. Serve with a side of potato salad, green salad, and your favorite ale for a light lunch!
