Smokey Garlic Asparagus Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup smoked garlic (roasted garlic will also work)
  • 1/3 cup Washington State Pickled Asparagus, chopped
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Put garlic, Washington State Pickled Asparagus, artichoke hearts, and onion powder in a food chopper. Pulse until pieces are small.
  2. Mix the contents of the food chopper into the cream cheese and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Chill and serve with flat bread, chips, and veggies.
